The Witcher - D'Jinni
The D'Jinni toolset that comes with The Witcher is a really good toolset, it's based on the old Neverwinter Nights toolset and one can create nice adventures with it. Even beginners should get the hang of it very soon.

Map Editors

Fantasy Wars & Elven Legacy
Both games are coming with the same map editor, only difference is that the editor of Elven Legacy has some more and newer symbols that can be placed on a map. I have written the tutorial for Elven Legacy, but you can also create a map for Fantasy Wars with it.
